Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to use of SmartShift Central unless a customer agreement contains stricter requirements.
Prohibited use
- Illegal activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, exploitation or infringement of third-party rights.
- Attempts to bypass access controls, privacy controls, tenant boundaries, audit controls or security restrictions.
- Introducing malware, malicious payloads or intentionally harmful content.
- Submitting credentials, secrets or regulated/special-category information where the customer's policies prohibit it.
- Using the service to make prohibited or unlawful decisions about individuals.
- Using SSC in a way that violates applicable AI-provider terms, customer policies or applicable law.
Security testing
Unauthorised penetration testing, scanning or exploitation is prohibited. Approved testing must be agreed in writing and scoped to protect other tenants, providers and data.
Enforcement
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, users, customers, service providers or legal compliance, subject to applicable contracts.
