Email support@smartshift.consulting with the subject "Privacy request". We may need proportionate information to verify identity and protect other people's information.

UK and EEA rights

Depending on the circumstances, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and rights relating to certain automated decisions. You may also make a data-protection complaint to us and, where applicable, to a competent supervisory authority.

California

To the extent the CCPA applies, California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, limit certain uses/disclosures of sensitive personal information and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights.

Our current position: SmartShift Consulting does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. This public holding site contains no advertising or behavioural-tracking technology. If that position changes, we will update this page and implement legally required opt-out controls, including recognition of applicable opt-out preference signals.

Customer workspace information

If your request relates to information contained in an SSC customer workspace, the customer will ordinarily be the controller. We may direct the request to that customer or assist the customer in responding.
